i agree ,fitness experts like vince who give there time to help people on youtube for free deserve alot more recognition and really don’t deserve haters, also some of the things vince teaches really really work well
Man you guys are dicks Vince actually takes time from his schedule to make these videos to try and help you guys look better, and all you do is talk shit…… You guys don’t appreciate shit…

From my experience following many workout plans from fitness channels on youtube, to be honest your routines and Arnel’s but specifically yours Vince have helped me gain the most muscle mass and become leaner. So keep the vids coming! Chin up dude and screw all the haters. Letting you know that thanks to your vids im making it happen.

I did the test according to Dr. Squat who has a scientific way to check which muscles have fast and slow twitch. YOU might have slow twitch in shoulders but I certainly don’t. Everyone has differen’t ratios no one is the same and no muscle is automatically the same on every person. Everyone has to test each muscle. Easygainer muscles tend to be more full of fast twitch muscles, so shoulders probably aren’t your strong point.

ginseng is good for helping your muscles get stimulated so you can go on working out till you feel a good muscle burn and soreness

Because my muscles dont feel too worked out well they do but not ehough i feel like i could do more but i just cant lift?
