I did the test according to Dr. Squat who has a scientific way to check which muscles have fast and slow twitch.  YOU might have slow twitch in shoulders but I certainly don&#039;t.  Everyone has differen&#039;t ratios no one is the same and no muscle is automatically the same on every person.  Everyone has to test each muscle.   Easygainer muscles tend to be more full of fast twitch muscles, so shoulders probably aren&#039;t your strong point.</description>
