I’ve always been skinny my whole life. I’m getting tired of being laughed at in class (like they’d want to bench me or something). I wanted to change but I focused more on studies than fitness. And I never stepped on a gym (yet). I always get intimidated by fitter guys in the gym. If I knew, they could lift twice/thrice my weight. What I’m gonna do is wake up early so there are less people. I’m gonna post my monthly progress on this youtube channel. I hope you guys subscribe because you guys are my motivation, too. Well, in PE during final fitness day, I had to change my weight to 125lbs secretly so I could pass the PE requirement and not take PE once more next year.

How many days should I wait before reworking a muscle?

I’m trying to work more size by some of my major muscles, like the breast to get her back, biceps, triceps, legs and shoulders. For EACH of these muscles, I have 3 or 4 exercises. If I train a muscle with 3-4 exercises one day, how many days I should point out before work that muscle with the same wait 3-4 exercises again? Someone told me to go and every other day someone else told me to do it once a week. Who is right? I’m trying to figure out how much rest is needed to maximize muscle growth. I usually try to lift hard on my current size is based. Thank you!
