Alright so I have the gym bible book, check, I got the abs diet nutrition book, check. So I basically know what to eat and how to work out for the body I want (muscular), but I just don’t know how much quantity of all the food should I eat. I heard that if you want to build muscle you should eat a lot of food, but how much is too much for my age and height especially? It would be great if you explained it to me like (one chicken breast for lunch, two for dinner) etc.

Product DescriptionBody Fat Analyzer BT 905 is a tool to use in your efforts to maximize personal fitness goals, whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or maintaining your current level of fitness. It tests the whole body composition with micro electric current to indicate whether your weight changes are in fat, lean muscle, or water. Traditionally, body fat measurement uses x-ray scanning, calipers on skin folds, or weighing the body under water, all of them time consuming. The BT 905 uses a new approach to estimate human body composition with the essence of all traditional methods. The technique entails measuring total body electrical resistance (impedance) to provide an estimate of the amount of water, fat, and lean mass. This technology calls for attaching four electrodes over the metacarpals (on the hand) and metatarsals (on the feet) where a 50 KHz current is introduced. The detected signal level, after corrected for the user’s height, gives an index of total body water and fat free mass. This method is non-invasive, sufficiently accurate, and convenient to use by oneself. Our body composes of both lean and fat tissue, as well as water, adding up to total body weight. Lean tissue includes muscle bone, vital organs, etc. ; both fat and lean tissues contain water. To have a healthy, well-functioning body, it is extremely important that the lean and fat tissue weights are properly balanced. Now the BT-905 will help you manage your nutrition, fitness and weight. With it, you know if you are within the proper weight range. As well, the device offers its assessments of whether you are at the optimum weight and are nutritionally healthy.
